Nestled on south beach's hippest block, the oceanfront South Seas Hotel in Miami Beach is a boutique hideaway in an A-list location. Rates are inclusive of resort fee. Bookings of 6 rooms or more will be considered a group booking and are not applicable to FIT rates. No name changes allowed. Unless notified prior to, or at check-in, a one night penalty will apply to departures that occur earlier than the date specified on the original reservation. Any rooms cancelled over dates that require a minimum length of stay will be charged all nights required by minimum. Must be 21 years of age to check-in. The Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Guests smoking any substance in room will be charged $250 (fee subject to change). This includes any smoke producing substance including candles and incense. Guests must provide a credit card for incidental charges upon check-in.
